We are dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and adults with care and support needs in all activities we undertake.

This statement outlines the Firm’s responsibilities in safeguarding and ensures that concerns are addressed appropriately.

2. Our Business

2.1 About Us

We are a full-service, multi-disciplinary law firm based in London, providing high-quality, partner-led legal advice to clients in the UK and internationally. Our single-site structure fosters a strong, collaborative team culture and cost-effective operations.

2.2 Our Clients

Our diverse client base includes start-ups, small businesses, blue-chip companies, and individuals across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, financial services, technology, energy, construction, healthcare, and more.

2.3 Ethical Practices

We conduct all business with honesty and integrity. As a significant employer in the UK and internationally, we prioritise corporate responsibility, community support, and environmental sustainability.

3. Activities

3.1 Client Focus

We primarily act for sophisticated users of legal services, including organisations and individuals. Our work does not involve representing children, and our interaction with children is limited to our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and pro bono activities.

3.2 Community Engagement

We engage in activities such as volunteering, fundraising, mentoring, and pro bono legal advice to support our community. These activities are supervised by the organisations we partner with and align with their safeguarding policies.

3.3 Examples of Activities

4. Policies

4.1 Supporting Safeguarding

We have established policies to uphold our safeguarding commitments, including:

4.2 Policy Review

These policies are reviewed annually and are accessible via the Firm’s Compliance Manual, staff intranet, and training modules.

4.3 Risk-Based Approach

We conduct DBS checks only when required by clients, charities, or partner organisations.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 Role of Employees

All partners, associates, and employees are expected to act as role models and report any safeguarding concerns to our Designated Safeguarding Officer.

5.2 Designated Safeguarding Officer
